2. Brief the team. Describe what you need - by email, a short document or a quick call. We also offer to create a dedicated WhatsApp group for your account, which almost all clients take up as it’s the fastest and most convenient way to discuss your project, ask questions and share feedback as work progresses.

3. Track progress. We create a time-tracking sheet for your account that shows your balance and a log of every task completed and the hours used. Updated daily - review it whenever you wish.

4. Top up when you need to. Purchase additional hours any time. No subscription, no recurring charge, no lock-in.

Why $25/Hour - and Why Hourly

$25/hour is a fraction of the $150-$300/hour that Australian consultants typically charge for the same type of work. The lower rate reflects a dedicated, experienced team that works exclusively on the HighLevel platform every day. More capability, not less.

We charge by the hour rather than offering fixed-price quotes because it keeps your costs lower. Fixed-price projects require a substantial buffer built into the quote to cover scope variations and unforeseen challenges. That buffer means you pay for problems that might never happen. With hourly billing, you pay only for the hours actually worked. The team executes efficiently and the process stays lean.

After your first purchase, we create a time tracking sheet for your account. It shows your current balance of hours, a log of every task the team has worked on and how long each one took. The team updates it at the end of each day they work on your project.

You can review it whenever you wish - there’s no waiting for a monthly report or chasing updates. You always know exactly what’s been done, what’s in progress and how many hours remain. When your balance runs low, purchase another block and keep going.
