1. Purchase a block of hours. Choose a block size that suits your needs, from 10 to 100 hours. All at AUD$25 + GST (for Australian clients)/hour.

2. Brief the team. Describe what you need - by email, a short document or a quick call. We can also set up a dedicated WhatsApp group for your account. Most clients take this up, as it's the quickest way to discuss the work, ask questions and share feedback as it progresses.

3. Track progress. We keep a daily-updated time-tracking sheet for your account, so you can see your balance and every task completed whenever you want. More on that below.

4. Top up when you need to. Purchase additional hours any time. No subscription, no recurring charge, no lock-in.

Why $25/hour - and Why Hourly

Most CRM consultants and automation specialists in Australia charge $150 to $300 per hour. We charge $25. That gap is deliberate, and it comes down to two beliefs about how this should work.

First: every business deserves automation built around the way it works - not just the big ones.

A bespoke, end-to-end automated system - one that captures your specific processes, your hard-won intellectual property and the competitive advantages that make your business yours - shouldn't be a privilege reserved for enterprises with deep pockets. After your first purchase, we create a time tracking sheet for your account. It shows your current balance of hours, a log of every task the team has worked on and how long each one took. The team updates it at the end of each day they work on your project.

You can review it whenever you wish - there’s no waiting for a monthly report or chasing updates. You always know exactly what’s been done, what’s in progress and how many hours remain. When your balance runs low, purchase another block and keep going.
